Signs of A Very Serious Buyer
Something has been sitting at the edge of my awareness now as we've been hit by so much bad weather here in CT...
At my office, we are still getting calls to see properties, in spite of the weather...
I have showings tomorrow and Thursday. Right when the weather doesn't seem to be cooperating with us. My colleagues have been scheduling tours for buyers left and right.
Any one who is willing to brave all of this snow, and cold, and ice, just to see a house, must be serious about buying indeed...
It feels good to know that old Mother Nature can't keep a good buyer down...
