ÁMI’s Hot Bagels is the sole remaining bagel shop in Waterbury , CT. Opened in 1994, owner Frank Choku and his assistants Jim Karameta and Dile Hoxhallari have been serving Waterbury residents and beyond with not only great bagels, but friendly service and pleasant conversation. I went into ÁMI’s Hot Bagels one morning, and was admonished by Jim to go light on the butter…it would clog my arteries!
ÁMI’s Hot Bagels offers a variety of bagels , and also serves coffee, tea, cold beverages and sandwiches, and an assortment of cream cheeses, lox, and other spreads.
