The best news coming out of the stats for the Prospect CT real estate market is that there is no increase in inventory, as the number of homes that were listed in December is equal to the number of homes that were sold in the same time period. If this continues over the next several months, Prospect CT sellers may start to see the market shifting more in their favor​.
