William I like your graph, and if I'm reading it correctly the higher priced homes had less days on the market than the lower priced homes? just the opposite of our market here.
Mary - That was an interesting observation...I do not know what to attribute it to, but if i look back at prior reports, I would safely assume that it was an aberration.
