William, I have experienced a lot of things but I have been fortunate enough that knowing a child with cancer or parent who has a child with cancer has not been one of them. But even though I have not experienced that, this is a great cause to get behind.
William, our 16 year old grandson just sent us his St. Baldrick's notice for Watertown HS. So odd for him because he went almost a year without getting a haircut, golden locks. A most worthwhile cause. I will not participate with a haircut because at my age I would be afraid it wouldn't grow back.
Great cause! The photo really caught me!
LOL @ Ed. You know (hitting self in head) when I cut my hair in November, why did I not donate? That makes me feel bad now!
William I think I would opt for the donation. I have a little more hair to lose than you :) :) :)
William, this is a great cause...and I hope it gets many volunteers from Connecticut residents! Although I'm very well endowed in the hair department, I don't live anywhere near Connecticut. :)
Leilani,
I do believe that if you go to the website, there are St. Baldricks Day events all over the country, including in your area.
Dear William:
What a great charity event. I honor you for all that you do.
Keep on keepin' on!
Tom
