Town Plot Park, located between Rosemount and Wilkenda Avenues, is the second of three parks which residents of Town Plot and other neighborhoods of Waterbury, CT can enjoy. Town Plot Park lies in the center of the Town PlotTown Plot Park also has a walkway that circles the park. One of the things that I find most appealing about Town Plot Park is the fact that it is not close to any major traffic, unlike most of the other major parks in Waterbury. neighborhood and is a fun and safe park for children of all ages to enjoy, with two playgrounds, a sprinkler, basketball courts, and a large soccer field. William: Nice post! Took my Grand Daughters out for a day of adventure yesterday and stopped at a park on our way home. I was so delighted to see 3 young families gathered for a picnic under the trees with their small children running and playing and the parents playing right along with them. Certainly gave my heart a lift and reminded me of many picnics with my family, many of whom are now gone.
The girls and I even got on the swings for a bit and they laughed at the sight of me in a swing! Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
Great slide show on Town Plot Park! I love how so many people here take us to far away places with great area presentations like this!
