William, I don't think anyone can fully appreciate the time that goes into creating a post like this unless they've attempted one themselves.  Taking the time to create charts and graphs with the data is an extra touch that makes this so much more appealing to the reader than raw statistics.  I know your local home buyers and sellers in Watertown Connecticut must really appreciate it.
