William - How much of the existing inventory and new sales are Bank Owned/REO?  It would be interesting to see how much it is affecting you.

Rick - compared to last month, the numbers are better, but not compared to last year.

Jom - I would have to look into that, I'm certain that it's a larger piece of the pie than normal...
